OUTLOOK EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

To set up your email in Outlook:

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Email accounts
  3. Select Add a new email account under the E-mail section of the set-up wizard.
  4. Click Next
  1. Choose your Server Type:POP3
  2. Click Next

Each of these settings are required to get your email account working.

User Information

Your Name: Type your name here,

the one that you want to appear on your emails.

E-mail Address: Type your email address in the field labeled email address (i.e. tim@littleappletech.com)

Logon Information

Type your username. (This is typically what appears before the @ in your email address.)

Type your password. (This is best using a combination of letters and characters.)

Test your accounts settings.

Make sure that Secure Password Authentication is NOT checked!!!!

  1. Click Next.
  2. Click Finish. 

Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.littleappletech.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP3): mail.littleappletech.com
